Latest newsPneumatic distribution islands series 2000

SERIES 2000,
A NEW GENERATION OF DISTRIBUTION ISLANDS

Why are we talking about a new generation?
Because these islands consist of a subbase integrating the pneumatic and electrical connection into which the distributors are plugged.
This so-called "plug in" technology coexists with the "slice" technology, which is used in our Compact 8 and Compact 13 ranges - the smallest islands on the market considering their flow rate (up to 900 l/minute) which, in addition, only consume 0.15 W per coil.

The "plug-in" technology, focuses on comfort of operation and maintenance and its modularity.

  • If you need to remove a distributor it is unnecessary to remove the connections and the electrical connector ! Time and cost savings
  • Bases which can be located together at every possible opportunity depending on your configurations
  • Fieldbus (PROFIBUS-DP, AS-Interface, DeviceNet, INTERBUS-S, EtherNetIP, ControlNet, Modbus-IDA, AB 1771 RIO, WorldFIP)
  • Built-in LED

And also stainless steel spool without seal featuring exceptional robustness, designed for intensive stresses!

  • Hardened, machined, ground and accuratly matched 440 C stainless steel spool/sleeve
  • air bearing eliminates metal to metal contact Reliability
  • High resistance to severe environments and high temperatures (150° C)
  • Very short and constant response times throughout its service life:
    > over 200 millions cycles!

And to customize the control of each actuator, many "Sandwich" accessories are available:

Pressure regulators (possible pressure gauge installation), speed control, valve isolating plate, pressure block for separate supply, pilot intermediate exhaust control, etc.)
