The standardised DIN 11851 connection is mainly used in the food, dairy, oenological, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
|
|
|
For valves with diameters less than DN25, it is generally used in conjunction with an SMS connection.
|
|
|
|
Quick assembly/disassembly. Valves with DIN 11851 connections can be easily cleaned and replaced - ideal for installations subject to food hygiene regulations.
|
|
|
|
|
Numerous sealing materials may be used, e.g. EPDM, FPM, Perbunan, PTFE, etc. depending on the fluid. |

ISO 228/1 - G ½ to G 1 tapped connections |
|
These connections are generally used in air-conditioning, industrial cleaning, sterilisation equipment, etc.

Following on from our CLAMP and butt welding connections, the valve body was designed to produce optimal flow with very low loss of pressure.
- High flow rate: 260 l/min max. for DN 20 valves
- Low pressure loss: 60 l water + 6 bar = 310mbar

- Stainless steel body for use with aggressive fluids e.g. solvents, alcohols, etc.
- Valve designed for saturated steam or coolants up to 184°C
- Excellent gas and vacuum seal
- Angle seat valve - protects processes from water hammers
