With the new intrinsically safe version of our miniature solenoid valve, we offer: A pilot having a low power consumption (0,5W) and safety parameters compatible with a majority of barriers.

  • A pilot with "ia" protection which request a less expensive maintenance
  • A IP67 electrical connection with M12 version
  • A technology suitable for the Process market (Poppet solenoid valves 3 ports + coil with direct pilot)

Applications

Alone or as a spool valve pilot, the CNOMO size 15 pilot intrinsically safe version is suitable for pharmaceutical or chemical application and for conditioning of solvent product requiring the products compatible with gas zones 2,1,0 and dusts zones 22,21,20

Features

ATEX Intrinsically safe version "ia" :
For applications in Zone 0-20 (II 1GD) or in zone 1-21 (II 2GD) when the 302 pilot is mounted on ASCO/JOUCOMATIC spool valves (series 538-539, 551-552-553 or 541-542-543).
A complete solution for zone 0/20 with series 551spool valve in brass version, approved ATEX II1GD.
Low power Reduction of the power supplies costs and installation cost due to thiner cable.
Multiple electrical connection version IP67 & M12 Wide choice of connections : M12 and 8mm pin spacing or 9.4mm pin spacing.
IP67 with M12 version for dangerous environment.

Integrated LED Compact product with both visual indication and electrical protection integrated to the pilot
Quick wiring The M12 version enables quicker connection than a 15x15 connector  no tools required. ASCO/JOUCOMATIC is the only manufacturer to offer an M12 connector with metal clip ring ensuring a strong connection.
12V DC version This voltage offer a very large coverage of intrinsically safe barrier, including decentralized Profibus-DP Input/Output in zone (2/22 or 1/21).
