Mega spool valves island
with control over Profibus-DP protocol

MEGA valve island with integrated Profibus-DP protocol are now completing our existing range of MEGA valve. With this new version ASCO/JOUCOMATIC proposes a compact and "all in one" solution complying with tools on which some islands hold the main functions.

Applications

  • The MEGA Profibus-DP valve island are fully adapted for the valves piloting for the process control and for the automatisation machines.

  • MEGA islands can be directly mounted on the machines. This allows an economie on the cabinets in keeping reliable spool-valves

  • Double 3/2 NC valve
  • Double 3/2 NC and 5/2 functions with spring return
  • Whatever are the present functions on a MEGA island,it's size remains the same. The replacement of a valve for another further don't affect the island dimension.
  • Even for the double 3/2 NC function, the island size remains identical compared to other.
  • The spring return function is recommanded to secure piloting of actuators
  • Visualization of the valve mechanical position.
  • Collected exhausts complying with ISO 14000 standard.
  • Different pressure supplies
  • The valve visualisation window gives continuous information about the valve position & functionning.
  • The valves and the pilots exhausts can be collected on the end modules. Access to sensitive applications such as medical, pharmaceutical, process and food industries.
  • Regroup 2 or 3 different pressure supplies, with or without lubricant, with different filtration levels (standard = 30 µm) on a same island reduce the size and optimize the pneumatic fittings.
