Main features:

Construction

Rodless cylinder
Automated machines compactness
• reduced dimensions compared to standard rod cylinder
• up to 6 meter long stroke
Ends/tube design optimised
• profiled tube with 3 dovetail grooves

Sealing

Static sealing ensured with 2 metal strips. The external strip is maintained on the tube with magnets
• low friction coefficient of the carrier along the stroke
• air loss: < 10 Nl/hour at 6 bar
Dynamic sealing
• 2 lipseals mounted at the end of a self-guided magnetic piston:
• low friction piston lipseal: unlubricated filtered air operation

  • more than 6000 km lifetime
Guiding functions Smooth bearing Crossed roller bearing
Medium loads carrying Heavy loads carrying
Up to 2500 N Up to 3111 N
High bending moments available

Ms = up to 111 Nm
Mv = up to 249 Nm
Acurate cushionning Pneumatic cushionning integrated in the cylinder ends
• optimised cushion length: 11 to 39 mm
• eliminating the use of shock absorbers
Braking functions Active brake: operating with air supply
Passive Brake: operating in case of air supply failure
• high adhesion power - holding effort at 6 bar: 2900 N
• use in all orientation
• wear resistance
Movement combination Tandem mounting
Multiplex mounting
Parallel mounting
and other combinations
• compactness of automated machines
• mechanical components reduced
• design, installation and maintenance costs reduced
