Standard cylinders - profiled barrel
with "T" profile and dovetail grooves
Our ISO 6431, VDMA 24562 and NFE 49003 standard cylinder range is getting wider with this new square profiled barrel.

Construction
2 types of grooves are extruded in the aluminium alloy profile, In different numbers according to the bore of the cylinder:

Ø 32 mm

• 1 "T" groove

 Ø 40 to 63 mm

• 2 "T" grooves

• 2 dovetail grooves

• 3 dovetail grooves
Ø 80 and 100 mm • 2 "T" grooves
• 7 dovetail grooves

Barrel/ends links with tie rods for 80 and 100 mm bore
Barrel/ends links with screw for 32 to 63 mm bore

Grey end covers without retention areas

Mountings (except male trunion) and internal parts are the same than the ones for the existing range.
Magnetic position detection
2 types of magnetic detectors are available for these new cylinders:
• "T" profile (technical documentation)
• Compact, with dovetail profile (technical documentation)
Flexibility
It is possible to choose the "T" groove location when order.
